We map how the work is done today, including the exceptions nobody wrote down. A system built on the official procedure fails on the first real day.

The user

We design for the person who carries the decision: what they need to see, when, and what they are allowed to change.

The outcome

We agree what has to be different once the system runs. That result is a requirement, alongside the technical ones.

Division

Cortex Robotix - Physical AI and robotics

Our robotics division extends the Cortex Prime direction into the physical world. We are developing an approach that brings robotic platforms, operational software and human expertise together, beginning with inspection workflows.

Where the company comes from

Management experience first. Engineering built on it.

The founder spent his career in public administration and in the organisations around cities, where decisions are taken with incomplete information and systems that do not agree with each other. Cortex Prime Technologies is where that experience becomes product engineering: the problem is understood as a manager sees it, then built as a system.

Founder

Founded Cortex Prime Technologies and sets its direction. Earlier he served as Secretary of State in the Romanian Ministry of European Funds. He co-authored “Smart Cities - From Idea to Implementation” in 2018, was one of thirteen international experts invited into the GCF Institute knowledge community formed around NEOM, is president of the World Smart Cities Organization, based in London, and speaks at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.

The association
A separate organisation

He founded the Romanian Smart City Association in 2016 and presides over it. It is a non-profit association, distinct from this company. Its activity and results are its own and are not presented here as the company's.
