What this site collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no account system, no analytics product, no advertising tags and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies. Nothing on the page is loaded from another company's servers: the fonts, styles and scripts are all served from this domain.

The web server keeps ordinary technical logs for security and operation: the request, the time, the response status, and a truncated network address. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of anyone.

If you write to us

Every contact route on this site is an ordinary email address. If you email us, we process what you send in order to answer you and, where relevant, to evaluate whether we can work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and taking steps at your request before a contract.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Where the processing happens

This site and our business email are hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. Some auxiliary technical services may operate more broadly; where they do, we use providers bound by appropriate safeguards.

Product deployments

This page covers the website only. Our products are deployed on customer infrastructure under a separate agreement, and in those deployments the customer is the controller of the operational data. Where a product handles personal data, the terms are set in that agreement rather than here. Evaluation environments carry synthetic data.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict or object to how we use it

Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority; in Romania that is the ANSPDCP.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date above changes with it.
