Services
From a concrete problem to a validated pilot.
A robotics project needs a workable operating model: the task, the site, the people, the data and the support around the machine.
How a project runs
Five stages. What you receive at each.
- 01
Assess the opportunity
You receive an assessment of the task, the site and its constraints, and a recommendation on whether a pilot makes sense.
- 02
Define the pilot
You receive a pilot plan: assets, route, platform and sensor options, responsibilities and success criteria.
- 03
Configure and integrate
We configure the workflow and the software, and connect the agreed data within the pilot scope.
- 04
Test and evaluate
The pilot runs on site. You receive the results, measured against the agreed criteria and baseline.
- 05
Plan the next stage
You receive recommendations to extend, adjust or stop, and what the next stage would require.
Responsibilities
Who does what.
Solution design, software development and integration within the agreed scope.
Hardware supply, technical documentation and equipment support, as agreed.
Site access, operational requirements and designated reviewers or operators.
Equipment procurement, operation, training and maintenance responsibilities are defined in each project proposal.
Next step
Discuss your pilot.
Start with one task, one site and the criteria that will decide the result.
